Meet Susan Barnes, D.O.

Dr. Barnes was raised in Okemos, MI, and graduated from Okemos High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Barnes completed her residency training at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan out of Wayne State University School of Medicine and the Detroit Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Barnes’s medical interests include geriatric rehabilitation and lifestyle medicine. Her hobbies include spending time with family, friends, hiking, and being outdoors.
