We are committed to providing medical care that is affordable for every family. Payment and/or insurance co-pays are due when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If special arrangements are needed, please speak with our billing manager prior to receiving service.
Our billing staff will be glad to assist you with your insurance coverage. When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let our insurance department know.
We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days. If we are not contracted under your insurance, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form.
